This is a well acquaint office with friendly staff. When I have questions, somebody will always answer them or call me back. My periodontist is very thorough by Explaining what treatments are the best options. I just wish they had their own parking vouchers or discounted rate for parking, because when I go in for an appointment, I am there for at least an hour. However, it’s in the heart of Eastern market, so it’s not expected to have parking in the city.
Just had my intro appointment. Dr. Abrom and especially JUANITA answered all my questions down to the last detail I am so looking forward to my surgery!
Dr. Abron is a gem—he’s so patient, answers all your questions, and personally checks in after surgery. My gum graft healed beautifully. Also, the front office was amazing with reminders and breaking down costs clearly. I couldn’t recommend this practice more highly.
Truly 5-star care. From my first call to the post-op check-in, everything was handled professionally. Dr. Abron is reassuring and skilled. And the admin team knows how to deal with insurance without making you feel overwhelmed. I left feeling confident I was in the best hands.
