An absolute 10/10 experience! To say I was terrified of getting my two dental implants would be an understatement. From the moment I walked in, Dr. Porzio and Jocelyn made me feel completely comfortable. The Dentist & his Assistant were great, the front desk, RUDE AS HELL. I'm still being billed 4 months later for an extraction because they DON'T HAVE A BILLING DEPT & they are INCOMPATENT!!! LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!
Excellent, Educational, and skillful care!!
This is a well acquaint office with friendly staff. When I have questions, somebody will always answer them or call me back. My periodontist is very thorough by Explaining what treatments are the best options. I just wish they had their own parking vouchers or discounted rate for parking, because when I go in for an appointment, I am there for at least an hour. However, it’s in the heart of Eastern market, so it’s not expected to have parking in the city.
Just had my intro appointment. Dr. Abrom and especially JUANITA answered all my questions down to the last detail I am so looking forward to my surgery!
