When finished, my nails were uneven. The base was lumpy. I went to another nail salon and had to pay extra to have them corrected.
I've been 3 times and keep going back because the easy online booking and cheap price balances the issues for me. The first visit was for a gel pedicure, which went well. The second, I got a gel pedicure and an ombre dip manicure and a chrome finish: chrome finish chipped in 2 days like I'd gotten regular polish instead of dip and they had to repair it, removing the chrome.
