RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE!!! I brought 18 garbage bags of clean yard waste to DC to recycle The guy in the office told me that three bags equal one yard and each yard would cost $29 so I was looking at a $232 bill. I left and took the same load to Pacific Topsoils. They estimated that it was about 3 yards and they charged me $74.
