I visited a friends place built by DC House. Horrendous! They have made a wholly mess of it! They’re also not fixing things.
DO NOT Trust DC Builders. Casey Feagan and Tayne Watson sold us the dream granny flat took our money and did not deliver the house that we paid for. Very very poor workmanship from all the tradesmen, mostly young apprentices, we only saw our site manager a few times as he gave up on trying to resolve the problems on our site. IE walls 40mm out of plumb. Windows that did not match. Didn't know how to fit roof, got taken off twice, absolutely no one can cut a mitre, very poor low cost materials were trying to be fitted all ove... read more
Absolutely incompetent! The worst experience ever. Crooked trusses, footings that miss piers, only one coat of paint, door handles falling off, kitchen cabinets falling apart, crooked doors that don’t shut properly, kitchen bench tops that aren’t affixed to the cabinets below properly, a carport built 20m from where it was supposed to be on the plan (2.3m from front boundary without applying for a relaxation through council).
