Recently built with DC House in Logan and had a very positive experience overall. The process was smooth from the beginning. I had plenty of questions, and the sales team were thorough and prompt in answering them. We have just finished our build on a difficult sloped and rocky site. We had been working with DC House for the last 2 years whilst we we worked through council planning, complex overlays and DA approvals...the patience they had given us to even get the build underway has been outstanding, and never did they pressure us. Once the approvals had the council approvals they came in gun's a blazing! The build quality is excellent, the service was fantastic. We definitely recommend to anyone.
