Build went well, good communication and problem solving issues along the way. Came in on budget.
We've used DC House to build a great Granny Flat in Oxenford, QLD. DC streamlined the Design and Construction process based on many years of experience. Their volume allows them to use the same subcontractors over and over again, which gave us peace of mind. Highly important for a smooth construction process! An important factor in our decision to use DC was the Steel Frame, which they always use for their structure. Overall, experience was great, especially when Casey was around! Thank-you Casey Fegan and the DC Team!
