My name is Grace Kelly I am a disabled recently diagnosed breast cancer patient along with type 2 diabetes, asthma, high blood pressure, vestibular disorder(chronic dizziness) and sleep apnea. At DC Greens our priority as administrators of the Produce Plus program is providing customers with an incentive to visit farmers’ markets, and positive interactions with the program at the market when they get there. All of our volunteers are trained on customer service, and we have protocols in place to address any volunteer-related incidents that occur during Produce Plus distribution.
