Absolutely terrible customer service. Calling this company is like shouting into the void — they never pick up the phone. On the rare occasion someone does answer, you're met with a huffy, impatient tone like you're inconveniencing them by trying to give them your business. One agent even hung up on me mid-sentence. If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this window company was not only unprofessional but deeply offensive. The representative who I spoke with used blatantly racist language during our conversation — making derogatory comments that were completely inappropriate and uncalled for. No matter the quality of the work, there is absolutely no excuse for hate or discrimination.
