Debbi is the absolute best! She is passionate and knowledgable about what she does, takes the time to answer questions and educate about all things hair and electrolysis. She made me feel comfortable from the first appointment and each one after. Though it can be a long process, I see amazing results after each appointment!

I initially enjoyed my appointments with Deborah and appreciated our conversations. I was patient with my progress for over a year, holding out hope for improvement. However, I later learned through research, forums and people who had undergone electrolysis before, that certain techniques—such as consistently feeling hairs being plucked—are not ideal in electrolysis, as quick treatments don’t always mean effective ones. Deborah is a pleasant person and I came to really like her over the time that I used her services. However, good conversationalist does not equate to skill or competence. All she is really doing is plucking hairs. I spent over a year and half with her and saw no results. Of course, I was gaslit into believing that I needed to trust the process.
