Billing is a mess, they charged be an extra 300 bucks weeks after the procedure. After weeks of back and forth we got to the bottom of it and it was an error in their billing. They promised to remove the charge, I kept getting the annoying auto texts demanding payment and I reached out again and they stopped. I have nothing but great energy from the staff. Dr J is the best!!!
The staff seemed really nice, and the Dentist and the Technician were friendly and knowledgeable. However, the patient "bays" are teenie tiny (there was only room for the patient chair. The Dentist and the technician had standing room only). They did bring in a folding chair for me to sit on, but it didn't fit in the area at all. The whole "vibe" felt like it really needed updating from top to bottom.
