Don helped me with a battery problem I had with my laptop. He was kind and professional. He has affordable rates and returned my laptop to me in just a few hours. I plan to use Don for maintenance/upkeep with my computer. I highly recommend Don with any computer/laptop issues. Keep up the good work Don!
Although very affordable and did fix my charge port as requested, he tried to convince me that my battery was fried and that I needed a new one and that my hard drive was failing and needed replaced. As I am not just some women who doesn't know computers or how my computer was running prior to sending it to him, when telling him that I would not be replacing either part that they were working just fine he became very passive aggressive with me and treated me and my friend very rudely.
