Don helped me with a battery problem I had with my laptop. He was kind and professional. He has affordable rates and returned my laptop to me in just a few hours. I plan to use Don for maintenance/upkeep with my computer. I highly recommend Don with any computer/laptop issues. Keep up the good work Don!
Although very affordable and did fix my charge port as requested, he tried to convince me that my battery was fried and that I needed a new one and that my hard drive was failing and needed replaced. As I am not just some women who doesn't know computers or how my computer was running prior to sending it to him, when telling him that I would not be replacing either part that they were working just fine he became very passive aggressive with me and treated me and my friend very rudely. My company's payroll program disappeared two days before leaving on a cruise vacation needing to run payroll prior to leaving nobody had the ability to get on the fix quick enough to solve the issue. Called DC computers and I dropped it off and picked it up the next morning and had payroll done and off on vacation. Problem solved and the cheapest repair I have had done on anything in years. No surprises, I will take the system back if and when it is in need of expert diagnosis.
My computer froze up in the middle of an important document. I called around to a couple different places. I chose DC because Don knew exactly what was wrong with my computer. He explained to me what he would need to do to fix it. He had it done the next day and stayed within his quoted price. Exceptional customer service & very knowledgeable.
Don is great to work with! Great fees and excellent timely work! I highly recommend! Don goes the "extra mile" to be sure you are completely satisfied!
Saw him today at Safeway talking on his cell phone while driving. When I reminded him that doing so is illegal and dangerous he was rude and dismissive and drove off, still on the cell phone. Public behavior like this tells a lit about how a person runs their business. He won’t be getting any of mine, that’s for sure.
Provided me with solid advice and a diagnostic test for my desktop computer.
