When they installed 13 large windows for me that no one else would touch I gave them a rave review. However, the windows shortly thereafter began leaking. They initially came out to look and added some caulking, but as the leaking continued they stopped taking my calls. I finally hired someone else who diagnosed the problem. I am not in a position to assess value because nobody else would give me a bid on this very complex job -- 13 large nonstandard second floor windows not designed to open replaced by windows that do open. The windows are solid, perfectly fitting, and attractive. They sent over and paid for a painter/handyman to deal with minor cosmetic issue inside and outside the house. Their work isn't' bad but they are EXTREMELY unreliable from a scheduling perspective. We'll have to call them 5 times to get anything done and they regularly will agree to an appointment to not ever show up.
