I am so glad to get to know about the Postpartum Rehab series that Drs. Meghan & Allyshia created. Before pregnant, i was so scared of permanent change of my body and especially the belly muscle. Dr Allyshia and Dr Meghan have helped me recover from the muscle torn caused by pregnancy and also rebuilt my confidence. I want to give a huge shout out to Dr. Meghan Tomlinson. I have been working with her for the past 18 months to rebuild strength and core stability since having a baby. Every session I am met with incredible support, patience and belief. She meets me where I'm at, pushes me to work hard, and even welcomes my kids with such kindness. I went to see Dr. Daniel and omg his chiropractic experience, skills and knowledge really shows during my treatment and initial assessment. I had the worst back pain for the last 5 weeks and been to another to another clinic but Dr. Daniel cracked every joint in my body like never before. Now I can live pain free. Highly reccomend him to anyone experiencing any pain!!! I will be coming back !
I absolutely loved taking the Mommy & Me chiropractor workout class! The workouts were super beginner-friendly, which was perfect for me, but I also loved that there were options to make things more challenging when I felt like pushing myself. It never felt intimidating just supportive and doable. Allyshia was amazing and really flexible, both during the class and even with scheduling/attending. I had such a great experience with the postpartum rehab classes at DC Chiropractic! Dr. Allyshia and Dr. Meghan were both incredible — supportive, knowledgeable, and so patient. After having my baby, I was nervous about getting back into working out, but they guided me through everything safely and confidently.
