Was promised (have it in writing) that my rugs would be picked up sat, delivered friday, 9/18. 9/18 came and went with not a word. After contacting them, they got nasty with me and started calling me. Then the next day, reached out and said they would be delivered and the other rugs cleaned on site. I apologize that your service was still not what you expected from us. We had originally scheduled you for an area rug pick up between the hours of 9-11 on Saturday 9/12 which you agreed to. We also stated we would have your rugs back to you by 9/18 at the earliest but they typically take 7-10 days. The night before your appointment you requested we give an exact time of arrival due to the rugs being in a storage unit and you not being able to wait around until we arrived. Called DC Carpet Care llc. Because my carpets where in desperate need of cleaning, stains, worn look etc. John & looby came out on time and put in great effort needless to say they brought my rugs back to day 1 . Highly recommend!

We have used DC CarpetCare numerous time in the past . He stands behind his work. He gave me a time frame and called when they were on there way . When they got here they were efficient and the carpets looked and smelled great. I would highly recommend them! 5 star service!
Dave and his crew are professional, fast, and extremely affordable! Highly recommended for routine cleaning or emergencies!! They do carpets area rugs and furniture!
