Dave is without a doubt one of the most trustworthy and hardest workers I have ever met. Definitely recommend him and his crew!
My parents had a chain carpet cleaning company out to clean their couch, and it looked no better, they were considering getting rid of it. Right before thanksgiving D.C. Carpet care came out and did that same couch and a rug area. The couch looks better than ever as do the carpets, they were professional, courteous and on top of it all better priced!!! If you need carpet or furniture cleaned use D.C. Carpet care !!!
I have been more than satisfied with the quality of work.. they came into my house, cleaned 3 rooms: the carpets look like are brand new.. very friendly and professional... I would definitively recommend D.C. Carpets to my friends and family!
Chris and Anthony came to clean the carpet in our rental property. Ironically after they left, my Dewalt drill was missing from the bathroom where I was using it prior to them coming! Contacted Dave and he said it wasn't his guys. The detective questioned the cleaners and they had suspicion it was the one guy by the way his voice was changing during interviewing, but he denied it and they could not locate the drill in any of the local pawn shops. This company provided the worse job i ever had done. Requested money up front....took my rugs for 3 days and brought them back same condition. Showed owner proof of another companies job after them and still no refund. This company if fraud and all they want is ur money upfront!!!
