Paid $335 for two rooms. Service was punctual. Carpets smelt worse after cleaning. They did the right thing and came back. They indicated carpets would get deodorized properly. This did not happen and their crew was unprofessional. Definitely would not use again. I could’ve rented a steam cleaner and results would’ve been better. I wish I had.

I paid $225 for 4 small rooms of "deep cleaning pkg with enzyme treatment." They told me it'd need 6-8 hours to dry. It wasn't dry until 4 days later. I saw the same stains come up so I called the owner David. He said he'd talk to his crew and get back to me. When he called back he said he'd like to come out and do another rinse.
