Paid $335 for two rooms. Service was punctual. Carpets smelt worse after cleaning. They did the right thing and came back. They indicated carpets would get deodorized properly. This did not happen and their crew was unprofessional. Definitely would not use again. I could’ve rented a steam cleaner and results would’ve been better. I wish I had.

I paid $225 for 4 small rooms of "deep cleaning pkg with enzyme treatment." They told me it'd need 6-8 hours to dry. It wasn't dry until 4 days later. I saw the same stains come up so I called the owner David. He said he'd talk to his crew and get back to me. When he called back he said he'd like to come out and do another rinse. No one showed up for that appointment. No one answered my phone calls. No one answered my texts. That was weeks ago. I'm not sure they even used any cleanser at all! DC Carpet Care… what’s not to Love. They are Fantastic. They show up on time and have been great to work with. We have 3 dogs so, we love when they come out to clean our carpets. They end up looking better and smelling great. We also had them come here when our basement flooded. They helped get the water out of the carpet and helped dry everything. They were out here the next morning! We are thankful we found them. I highly , Highly recommend.
