Wish I could give 0 star rating for the worst ever carpet cleaning job. The service is not only poor but the bad attitude adds salt to the injury. Better save your $$$ and get basic carpet cleaning machine and get your job done better than these so called pros. Not recommended at all. Save yourself from the being ripped off.
Had the worst experience ever . Firstly this happened a couple months ago yet I am freshly postpartum so I had no time to do this review. My experience was not a good one like everyone else experienced. The process felt so rushed and was so quick . I’ve gotten furniture cleaned professionally more times than I can count and this is the first time I’ve ever seen it done quickly . Poor customer service. Unacceptable Bad attitude. When the service was done in this vacant home, the company owner called and demand payment immediately but refused to send all photos to show the work was properly done. The owner yelled said the worker was not able to go back to take photos as requested. The carpet stains still remained as bad as before they cleaned it. Won’t use th again.
Dave just cleaned the flagstone floors in our 1850’s farm house. The floors had been destroyed by neglect from the previous owner for decades and then had layers of construction grime from the renovation. In a couple hours Dave had the floors looking like they were new. Better than I could imagine! Reasonably priced and fantastic service. Highly recommend!
i got my carpets clean and it was a waste of $220 not one stain was removed it was wet food on the floor it’s like they went over wet dirt and left everything after the carpet dried it was hard and still dirty
