Screw this place. I was gouged by Doug and was charged over $400 for a fix that was quoted by another car audio store for $100, unfortunately that other place was in Florida and I was already back in Indiana, so I had no other choice but to take it to DC. This guy doesn't know audio. I had a horrible experience here.
