We were so impressed with Rob. He was very efficient diagnosing the problem with our fridge. He helped order that parts from the manufacturer ( that were still under warranty). Installed parts and told us to call if there were problems. Sadly the fridge broke again. Rob and another technician came to our house and went over the refrigerator and discovered it could not be repaired. He contacted manufacturer and helped us get the process going for replacement. Joe did a wonderful job at pin pointing the potential cause of my washer failure. We did a quick re-wire and reset the washer and all was done. I went and got an aluminum drain elbow he recommended to replace the kinked one that the initial Installer put on the drain. I have to admit, the washer doesn't even sound the same! Sounds like Its working Less as hard to wash. Thanks Joe!
