This company is hands down one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with. From the phone call at 8:00am to the job being completed (on the same day), was not even a 4 hour window. Friendly, efficient and the technician explained his entire process beforehand. I would recommend this company to everyone who needs anything repaired.

DC Appliance Repair hand pics their reviews... I posted a negative review as I have had an extremely bad experience with them, and my review was removed. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the New York State Attorney General's Office. I suggest you use extreme caution when using their services. They are crooks.
Our technician Rob diagnosed the problem, ordered parts and returned to install all within a reasonable time. Very professional and informative. I highly recommend.

Great FAST repair by Dominic. Pleased to have the dishwasher working. Arrived on time quick repair.
Have a Whirlpool refrigerator, called Whirlpool and D.C is the only certified whirlpool place in the area. they sent out Gary who was absolutely AMAZING, great to chat with, great personality, prompt and polite. He had to return to do the actual repair. 2 weeks later, another thing went wrong with the fridge. I made sure to call D.C. again as Gary had made a wonderful impression. Luckily, we got him again. We have to buy a new fridge but still considering sticking to Whirlpool as we know D.C had the best technician on staff!
