Would’ve liked to have used this company after all the positive reviews I read, but unfortunately never received a call back , follow up or quote after their visit on 12/2/2024. Called them to ask for status on quote or if they would still be available to help repair my home, received no response from them. Decided to no longer be wasting my time with them and called to advise I was no longer interested in receiving their services.

Very disappointing! I reached out to DBR for help with hurricane Milton damage, but the individual who was assigned has never followed through. I have reached out to him multiple times only to be met with his continued lack of follow up. I am not insensitive to vacations or being busy, but this is unacceptable. My house has mold from water intrusion, and I don’t understand how that wouldn’t warrant SOME type of follow up! I chose this company based on the reviews, but unfortunately my family did not receive 5 star services.
