Aaron was thorough, checking the home, garage, and exterior with a thermal gun, visual inspection, and air probe. I have used DBL check since unfortunately purchasing a home with extensive history of water and mold damage that went undisclosed and was well concealed. Aaron is knowledgeable, helpful and prompt with his responses, and was willing to answer my millions of questions that came with such a nightmare of a problem. The only regret I have was not hiring DBL Check BEFORE buying the house!

Inspector missed a massive issue that should have been very easy to spot. We have since spent close to 40k attempting to address the problem and are no closer to resolving it. Company was unhelpful in locating the issue and only after a year plus of working with more than a dozen companies have we found issue.

I guess I wasn’t as lucky as the other reviewers, but buyers beware, your experience depends on the inspector that gets assigned to your project. The inspector in my case had pretty basic misses related to pool, roof, damage to the property, and so on. Paying a hefty inspection fee for a substandard service isn’t what I was hoping for. Escalation to his manager (Aaron) or DBL team did not yield any results.
