I have lived in a DBC apartment (Providence Hill Complex) for the past three years and have never had a complaint. The apartment is in great condition. DBCs maintaince is very punctual. Of the few repairs I needed they were all completed by later the same day or, at the latest, the very next day. Overall a great experience.
The 3 different times I stepped foot into the DBC rental office the experience was the same. An Unfriendly yet almost hostile atmosphere filled with unapproachable and incompetent employees. From an employee showing me an apartment to providing me with the incorrect move-in date (happened three times), the staff in this office we were nothing more than flat out rude and could care less about the tenant(myself).
