Oh wow...I don't know if I've ever been so embarrassed BUT THRILLED in my life!!! I called DBC with a backflow issue that we'd been dealing with for months. After sending Adam (my hero) pictures, he was able to fix it over the phone in a matter of seconds. We move often and always have irrigation issues and DBC continues to save the day with their patience and expertise!
We have worked with DBC for 25 plus years, and have always appreciated their hard work and effort to meet the needs of Northern Colorado Lawn Sprinkler. They go above and beyond to help homeowners and contractors alike. DBC is challenged daily to help the thousands of customers that pass through the store. It cannot be an easy task.
