We took my wife's SUV in for some front end damage after approval from ICBC and the whole experience was outstanding. No appointment necessary for an initial quote and to start the process and then the staff took over. They scheduled everything for us with a follow up appointment to start the work a few days later, organized the rental car and presto the vehicle was ready. Got my rear bumper replaced privately (instead of through icbc) and everyone at this shop made the experience so easy and enjoyable! Lori at the front desk was amazing! Quote vs final price was incredible! My car looks amazing, and I even came to pick it up and the inside and outside were cleaned which I wasn’t expecting!
