After reading the reviews online I was optimistic I found a good body shop to meet my needs. I used their online estimate submission tool and was promised a response back in 24hrs, a week goes by and no response. I follow up via phone, and they acknowledged they looked at the request but never actioned it. These guys were great! I have had work done on other cars, by other big name shops in the area; but none of them put in the time or effort like Tom's. They worked with me on my issues with ICBC, gave me a more than fair rate on some non-claim related damage and then hooked me up with a courtesy car.
