Poor quality- the house I lived at for two years at face value during a quick tour seemed fine. During the course of living there it became obvious that the materials used and final product were mediocre at best. The places you can't see(inside cabinets, on top of walls in the shower) are unfinished boards and drywall. There were many holes in walls, doors, cabinets, and even floorboards or floor tiles.
