I drove all the way from Homestead to Hialeah in the middle of the day with a helper. They assured me on the phone that they had the measurement of the tile I was looking for twice. I repeated the measurement and twice they assured me that they had the tile I needed. I even went so far as to call a third time when I was on my way so that I would not spend money on my helper and the time of day which took me more than an hour to arrive. I paid for an item and they did not have at their location and they told me they would ship it and let me know when i could go pick it up. I never received. I've followed up a few times and they told me they would get back to me. They never did. Other times I simply have not been able to get a hold of anyone. Its been almost 4 months. I was very happy with the service I received from the staff at D&B Tile. Everyone there was super professional, respectful and helpful - especially Yani, Ivan and the young lady seated at the counter next to Ivan. Thank you, guys. Attentive, great selection, super easy to get to from I-95 - came all the way down from Hollywood. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
