The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, I didn't realize the tiles I needed had been leftovers for some time. The pallet they were on was dusty and some them were broken. We had to sort through them to find enough good ones. Since, I couldn't wait three weeks for a special order, I took them anyway. But I was not completely satisfied with the product I received.
We have been Jeaninth's customers for years during multiple home improvement projects and each time she's been great to work with! Not only does she have product and design knowledge, but also has great customer service skills. She's the reason why we don't mind driving to the Doral showroom after she relocated from the one in Palmetto Bay. Thanks Jeaninth!
Came to D&B in a bit of a time crunch, Jeaninth was super helpful and got me a great deal! Service was great and I got my flooring in quickly, even too quick thankfully they were willing to hold it for me a couple days. Definitely recommend working with them for your flooring needs.
