Very disappointed & frankly upset with D&B tile I ordered 9 boxes of tile with a 2 to 3 week lead time & was told after 3 weeks that the tile came in but 1of the boxes (7) tile was totally damaged. This put my project in jeopardy as that was close to going over the 15% waste I had factored in for the bathroom project. The resolution per Martha was if I didn’t want the tile I had to pay a 25% restock fee which is totally unfair & this was on their end not mine.
