Very disappointing experience. I spoke with Vince at this location about a defective Graco CleanShot I purchased here. Unfortunately, he told me “nothing can be done” no refund, no replacement, no resolution. On top of that, I’ve since learned they’re selling counterfeit Graco spray tips and CleanShots. Very disappointing experience. I expected better accountability from a store that sells professional-grade equipment.
They did a great job just be patient.They will do a good job once they get to it
