My experience is a bit different from the rest. The security staff is knowledgeable and helpful as the check-in is by a QR code and they will ask for BOL scanned documents at that time they will allot a dock if they are not swamped with work. They are automated and will continue to update you as your load gets unloaded. I liked this place especially Andy Frain is a great guy who likes to assist incoming traffic. Thank you.
