*A review worth reading ! ! ! This was a story in the making. I don’t live in Chicago, but a friend called and asked me if I had any recommendations for plumbing services, and by pure chance of knowing some people who knew some people i gave him informations on this company. If their plumbers are willing to block a busy intersection and cause pedestrians to walk into traffic because they are lazy just think about the shortcuts they will take in your home!

My experience with D&B plumbing has been great. I have used them a few times now and they have been timely, professional, knowledgeable and fairly priced. I would recommend them. They also do most of the more extensive and complex work for our condo building.

My tenants called to schedule an appointment for what was discovered to be a clogged kitchen sink. All correspondence was over text and they were told someone would be able to come out the same day between 4-6. The plumber didn’t show up under around 8pm (which at the end of the day, I get it, things run late) but then told my tenants it was $600 to snake the drain after he completed the job!!! Upon further conversation they were told they are being charged the “emergency call” pricing and 4-6 is an emergency appointment win... read more
