We purchased a spec home from DB Klain Construction in May 2013. There were a few personal touches we wanted to add before move-in and the builder was more than happy to honor our requests. It is a beautiful home with many finishes and attention to detail you would expect to find in a much higher priced home. The quality of work is excellent. The service we have received on any minor issues has been simply outstanding.
We hired DB Klain to finish their spec home that was about 70% completed when we found the home. DB Klain followed through on meeting expected deadlines for our move in date. They were flexible in letting us make changes to their original plan and they provided helpful resources to assist us in completing our home within our budget guidelines. DB Klain built a new house for us. It was the first time ever going through the process. DB and his team made the process easy and enjoyable. I purchased a house from DB Klain in July 2012. Downsizing from a large custom house to something less than half the size was hard enough, but finding a smaller house that still had high end finishes proved to be difficult. We bought a new DB Klain home in 2008. The house was well built, and the builder was very responsive to our requests about small fixes that were needed after we moved in. DB Klain was easy to work with throughout the process. We enjoy our home and feel that the workmanship that went into it is of high quality. We would consider buying another home built by DB Klain if the need arose.
