Written retrospectively as I am looking again for a granny builder: Some years back my case with DB Homes ended in the Dept of Fair Trading. If commitment to service and communication has changed with this organization, great. If not, take your hard earned money elsewhere as there are many other folks out there.
Under no circumstances get this company to build your granny flat. Shortcuts and issues and price arent worth it and they blackmail you into giving them a positive review for a small reward i.e gift cards
Do not have any building done by this company !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They bribe you with gift cards so you put a postitive review on FB and do a dodgy job behind the scenes and dont take any kind of pride in their work

THEY DON'T PAY. THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY OWE MANY MANY PEOPLE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS DON'T EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! THEY MAKE EXCUSES THAT THEY HAVE GONE UNDER ADMINISTRATION
