DB Enterprises has completed two projects for the Belmont Baptist Church in Broomall, PA. They were low bidder one each project and completed both on time. They were very accommodating and we would consider DB Enterprise in all future projects.​

DB has performed over 600 of 860 possible township mandated, sewer pump installations. I have felt with DB Enterprises withe several projects and have been totally pleased with price, reliability and quality. Davoud, the owner personally visits each project throughout the process ensuring satisfaction. Additionally, I DB Enterprises has done two projects at my mothers home and she was quite pleased. Lastly, I recommended DB Enterprises to six of my Rose Tree Media, PA neighbors, most elderly and on a limited budget. They all selected DB Enterprises and were all happy with results.

DB built our home and we could not be happier! Other builders we dealt with were not as approachable nor did they seem to care about us on a personal level. We felt that DB genuinely wanted us to be happy and always made himself available to answer questions with the design/building. Pricing was completely reasonable and quality was much better than the other homes we looked at. I would recommend this company hands down and when we move, look forward to working with him again for our next new home!

Beware this contractor! Davoud Baravordeh and his company DB Enterprises will lure you with his charm and low prices, then bait and switch by charging you for what he deems extras. He will perform unauthorized work and then stop working and sue you if you don't pay his increased costs. Beware and run for the hills. Check out the Delaware County Court civil docket to see all the lawsuits and liens he files. BEWARE!
