My friend was just there today and waited for over a half hour for next open lady and when another lady came in she took her first even after my friend said hey I was waiting first. They did not care that she was waiting and refused to service her and proceeded with the other lady that walked in with a kid. The place was so horribly dirty and nail dust was thick on everything and is always that way when she brings her elderly mother there to get her nails done. Your time on the door says you open at 10:30 but nobody's inside the building and nobody's came to unlock the door it is 10:33 and I'm sitting out in the parking lot I've called twice to see if you're opening but yet still no answer this is how you run a business I mean come on
Have never been to this salon
Wait terrible, You will have an appointment and still wait hours. nails look like press on nails. Work is very rushed and they never want to fix their mistakes on the nails. Can’t even go here for simple work like French tips or nail paint.
