Poorly managed! They don't even have enough people at work to provide their service. Very disappointing!
I made an appointment weeks ago that was for 2- Mommy and Me Sessions. My appointment was to start at 12:00 and the other was to start at 12:15. I was sure to make an appointment because I had read previous reviews about them being "busy" and not taking walk-ins. We walk in and a lady comes in and looks at me and says are you Becky and I said yes....she said we called to confirm your appointment and texted (after they closed). I took my daughter's and niece to Dazzling Dolls and they LOVED IT!! The staff here is wonderful and made my babies feel comfortable. We will definitely be back!! Birthdays coming up!!
They came in early to see us and made us feel extremely welcomed. We will be returning!
I've my girls for a spa day here twice after getting Groupons. Everyone is so nice and welcoming! They talk to the girls and make them laugh, and they even went out of their way to paint my youngest daughters (15 months old) toe nails even though she wasn't getting any of the services! They are truly incredible and we will certainly be back for more special memories!
I took my daughter ,Madysen, and her two girlfriends for Madysen birthday . They really loved it! It was the first for all of them! The staff couldn't of been sweeter and helped the young ladies find their inner divaness! It was a great day and we will be back for sure!!
My daughter had her first manicure at Dazzling Doll. The staff were so sweet to her and she loved her whole experience. Highly recommended.
