IVE BEEN COMING TO THIS SALON SINCE AUGUST 2025. ORIGINALLY GOT MY WEDDING NAILS DONE HERE AND I WAS PLEASANTLY HAPPY. I WOULD RECOMMEND
That service was DISGUSTING. I came with an inspo picture, unsure what I wanted cause it’s only my 3rd time. I asked for the picture and came out with spider legs. I asked them to fix it and they said they were wispy. After they “fixed” it and I look a mess. She brings me to the cash, does the price then tells ME she’s adding a $10 tip. I thought tips were optional, I was really disturbed to be honest that she demanded a tip after she couldn’t do the style. Wispy and clumpy aren’t the same and tips are optional.
