Poor time management. Spent over an hour here getting a poor quality pedicure. She then stops at the hot towel wrap walks away and never returns. I was wanting a hot stone massage but she never came back to finish. Now it's 15 mins after closing and I've decided to put my shoes on and wait on my wife. Won't be coming back here again.
Tried Dazzle Nails Statesboro for the first time for a spa pedicure with a friend. Got the deluxe package cause my tootsies needed a Momakeover and not only did I not get everything included in the package (hot stone massage, warming scrub) I asked for the simplest design in the book which ended up looking like garbage SO I asked to have it redone which was met with some not so nice foreign language. Previously loved this salon until yesterday. i did not get what I wanted and they were very slow to fix it. I am kind and polite always, but was treated horribly today when I came in for repair. I called ahead to request a different tech , then still waited an hour and 1/2 just to be asked by the tech who messed up my nails if he could help. Service was good. The guy that did my nails was a conversationalist. And he was quick with my nails and did a great job!
