I feel like people should be warned about Alison and her grooming studio. I booked an appointment for July for my Labradoodle, was unable to make that appointment and rescheduled for the following week. I was charged $20 as a reschedule fee, which was fine as that was my bad. The following week I had a emergency and was unable to take my dog to the groomer and was charged $100. Very bad experience. They never once asked my name or the dogs name. They say that they ALWAYS ask what time you want to pick up your pet. That is simply not true. They tell you to bring in pet anytime before 2 pm. That's not enough time to do a good groom and full dry. They are notoriously late grooming dogs, but don't you dare be late! They say there are signs everywhere stating that, but I didn't see one, was never told that. I reviewed all of the videos. Not one video shows a sign that says to pick up Dog by six or p... read more
