Bought a brand new LED task lamp last year that should last around 40,000 hours. Mine lasted less than 2,000. Have been trying to reach them for over a month now via voicemails, online contact forms, and emails. No response. I NEED a good lamp for my business everyday seeing clients so I bought a temporary one that gives me headaches to bridge the gap. For spending $400 on a desk lamp, you would think they would at least respond or reply after weeks of leaving emails and phone voicemails. Are they even still in business? I dont think any humans are actually working there anymore

Should have read the recent reviews - sent a lamp in for warranty repair with a return authorization about 4 weeks ago and haven't heard anything yet. Have the UPS tracking to show when it arrived .... Lamp fell apart after a year of usage by a home embroiderer .... expensive ($500) junk.
