This has to be the worst property management company I have ever dealt with. We lived at one of their properties for almost five years and they kept our deposit for reasons that didn’t even apply to our residency there. Literally they listed one charge as $40 to replace light bulbs (all of which worked properly when we vacated the premises). They do not repair damages when reported and the correspondence is non-existent.
RecommendedDazcon Properties’ agents are very nice. They answered all my questions professionally and politely. We had many questions since we were relocating from another state and wanted to make sure this property would be the correct fit. From the application process, to signing the lease, and moving they were very patient in listening to every word and answering all our inquires. We were really impressed and will recommend their services to all family and friends.
These people are the typical move out fee scam. $75 charge for weed removal. Not sure who in the world would charge that. On top of it we got charged a Trash Fee for building supplies that were stored in the garage when we moved in. Total joke. If anyone is interested in a class action contact me.
We have been renting through Dazcon for 5 years. We love that they are on top of everything. If we need something fix they are here that day/night and will fix it. Water heater busted water was everywhere my husband tried to shut it off called Dazcon they were here within 15 mins to help mind you this was at 9 o'clock at night. Next day had a brand new water heater put in.
Horrible experience!!! We signed initial paperwork with them without any idea (it isn’t stated ANYWHERE) that it would be legally binding. We decided to go with another property and that are saying we owe them roughly $2000 in rent and fees. We never lived there, never got keys, never even saw the property. They agreed to drop it to $425 if we signed more paperwork... STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Alyse you signed a legal binding lease and please understand, Dazcon is hired by your landlord and legally we HAVE to do what they say. Their position is they lost marketing time while when you signed the lease then changed you mind. Dazcon worked hard to find another tenant to help your costs and encouraged the landlord to work with you. I find you rating Dazcon they way you did unfair.
To my displeasure, I rented a home from Dazcon & New Path Corporation--Lynanne Bartlett from 9/4/15---6/18/17 on 132 Peterborough Drive, Mooresville. The ISSUES at this property: 1)The backyard was wood-chipped with stone walkways & NO BLACK PLASTIC or WEED BARRIER was used or ever installed...CONSTANT issues with Dazcon/New Path over this issue & no repair or help ! 2) HEAVY sliding glass door that the rollers were never repaired, making the door hard to open--never fixed the whole 21 months+...! 3) NO overhead living room ... read more
I've been renting a condo from Dazcon Properties for over 5 years now. As a busy 38 yr old professional my time is important to me and not very flexible. The staff at Dazcon have always demonstrated a sense of urgency and professionalism towards my needs, whether its a back ground check for a new roommate, asking the owner if I can re-decorate or calling one of the service providers for the appliances in the unit!
