To my displeasure, I rented a home from Dazcon & New Path Corporation--Lynanne Bartlett from 9/4/15---6/18/17 on 132 Peterborough Drive, Mooresville. The ISSUES at this property: 1)The backyard was wood-chipped with stone walkways & NO BLACK PLASTIC or WEED BARRIER was used or ever installed...CONSTANT issues with Dazcon/New Path over this issue & no repair or help ! 2) HEAVY sliding glass door that the rollers were never repaired, making the door hard to open--never fixed the whole 21 months+...! 3) NO overhead living room ... read more
I've been renting a condo from Dazcon Properties for over 5 years now. As a busy 38 yr old professional my time is important to me and not very flexible. The staff at Dazcon have always demonstrated a sense of urgency and professionalism towards my needs, whether its a back ground check for a new roommate, asking the owner if I can re-decorate or calling one of the service providers for the appliances in the unit!
