Dazco replaced 1 part - did not fix problem. Replaced another part - still not work. Replaced third - finally worked. When came for the bill - 3 parts where charged. He convinced me all 3 parts where bad ??? I am convinced that he does not know what he is doing.
I'm sorry to have to post this negative experience with Dazco Heating and Air Conditioning. It's unacceptable that the installation of our central AC system was in disarray, and that they failed to obtain the necessary permits, resulting in a stop work order from the town. Even worse, Dazco took zero responsibility and blamed your neighbors for reporting the work. Left the violation cost on us. I am a contractor and worked with these guys for over 15 years. They are honest , fair and very knowledgeable. Great company to work with.
I have not received a refund of cancelled annual contract. Left several messages and emails over several weeks.
