I searched for sectionals and I found the great one at Daz. The customer service was friendly and knowledgeable. My order from start to finish was excellent. The sectional arrived on time. It looks fantastic - a real asset to my property. The furniture is of a very high standard and I have no hesitation in recommending it to family and friends.

I was very pleased with the quality of their service. I was shopping online for a dining set, and I found one at Daz with really reasonable price. I visited their showroom on Saturday, hoping that I could see the dining set I was interested in. Their showroom is really huge. But the dining set I wanted was not in stock. Great prices but customer service could improve. I ordered a futon from them that took a month for them to get in stock. I picked it up from the store where the warehouse proceeded to move my driver's seat so far forward that i could barely drive the furniture home. I unloaded it to find a hole in the box with the dust cover torn in the back. If I wanted to exchange it, I'd have to wait another month for a new one to come in. I ordered a king bed from Daz Furniture and they told me that it would be in stock within two weeks. Although it took them two more days to have it in stock, I thought it was acceptable. I don’t live in Libertyville but my daughter and son-in-law live there. So I asked them to pick it up for me. When we opened the boxes, we found the headboard was damaged and there were slashes on it. So I called them back immediately. Great Quality with attractive price – We just put my couch, love seat and chair in our living room. They look beautiful. I ordered these Coaster Generation sofa, love seat and chair from DAZ Furniture last week. This is one of their special items. I found the price was so attractive when I visited DAZ Furniture there. A Good Store – It's been a while since my husband and I visited Libertyville, IL and what a pleasant surprise! We were actually looking for our favorite store Thomasville when we stumbled upon Daz Furniture. From the outside we thought it is a huge warehouse, not selling to the public, but we were surprisingly wrong and found out they are not a wholesaler! House Hold – I prefer to buy almost everything after reading the reviews of the items which I did when i was looking for MB set, 2nd bedroom set, Dining Table, Living Room Sofa and Family Room furniture, almost everything in a house. Great Store – I'm very impressed with Daz Furniture. The showroom is very clean and large. This was my first order experience from Daz Furniture store. The products are exactly made with great quality. I bought a dining table set, and they fit my dinging room very well! My children like the color and style of furniture very much. And the price is good!
