Daz Furniture is the best furniture store I have seen so far. They sell all the name brands with true low prices. I got one recliner for $200. Great.
I bought my first couch here several years ago, but never since then. My family has been going back to Daz Furniture in Libertyville. Ceil is a great sales associate and she will not sell you garbage, nor the most expensive pieces. She is hands down, the most honest furniture salesperson I have met and is also a pleasure to be around! Please don't waste your time or money at this place. Yes the price is great but really how long can you use the furniture for? We have not been able to sit on our couches for 5 months out of the 7 months we have had them. They have horrible customer service and of course horrible quality in furniture. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for... although the prices are very reasonable, the customer service and integrity at this store does not exist. Back in June I bought several pieces of furniture at the store. My original purchase was a sectional sleeper, which was a floor model. I tested the sleeper in the store and everything worked. I will never recommend this store. Recently, I bought a coffee table and Dining table. They told me to deliver the table at mid of august (we managed without dining table during that time since we moved to libertyville and we discarded our old table before moving, unfortunately I had guest at that time). Did my entire transaction online and through email. They were nice and courteous during the process. Upon delivery, 3 pieces were damaged. My dresser was damaged to the point it had to be returned with the delivery drivers. The nightstand had a noticeable crack along the side, but I could live with it if the price was discounted. My dining sideboard had a broken handle. I could easily replace that...IF...they agreed to a small reduction in price ($20 or so to replace all the handles). Daz Furniture is awesome. They have high quality furniture and a massive selection. I am very happy with my experiences here. I just made my second purchase from Daz and have had no issues. There is no pushy salespeople in the store. I enjoyed taking my time to look around. But when I needed help, a sales man who was patient and informative was around. This place lies to you and is filled with damaged discountinued furniture. Their business practices are terrible and would not suggest them to anyone. I am glad I did not waste more money at their business. They promised me my damaged item would be sent back to the manufacturer for a new one and instead they pulled a fast one by just repairing the damaged one.
