Salesman very nice at first but then kept pestering me to buy the car when I had not even had a chance to see it in person. Also, no trade value for my car was ever firmly established. I will not deal with them via the internet any longer, if they have something I'm interested in, I will contact them via personal visit to the dealership.

I had posed a direct question about whether a particular option was present and just wanted an answer to that before wasting anyone's time further. Received an acknowledgement of my contact by email and several messages on my home phone while I was out of town. Never a direct answer to the original question as I elected not to call back. My guess is that the option was not present, but I do not want to spend time otherwise (why I am looking online).

Immediate response from dealer with all the information I requested on the vehicle. Excellent follow up from sales staff, I'm very impressed with their customer service.
As far as car buying experiences, this has been the easiest and most pleasant that I have had. I attribute this to my sales associate Mr. Kosiba. He was professional, courteous and very pleasant. Negotiating the price of the car was for the most part hassle free and efficient. Without any qualms, I will recommend Mr. Kosiba and Mercedes-Benz of Daytona to my friends and colleagues.
