You guys rock! I got my helmet quick but it was too big. So I called and the woman that answered the phone was great! I could tell right away that you guys care about good customer service. The quality of the helmet was impressive as well. I have found the helmet that I will always want to wear. You can count on a re-order every few years or so. I will be sure to tell everyone how much I like the helmet. Customer service was very personable and answered every question I had. Okay then, carry on!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!
Lost $30.64 (shipping & 20% restocking fee) when I had to return a helmet because it didn't fit my dad good. Ridiculous ! I wouldn't ever order from this company again !
Sent me wrong size xxs when I ordered xxl ended up costing me $52 in shipping for a $65 helmet. And after about a month I finally got the helmet and it looks like a mushroom just like any other half helmet. .. Complete waste of time and money. .. Rude customer service and bad product...
Forget about bell helmets,Daytona helmets are the way forward.great quality,style & value for money.
