2nd purchase in 10 years, awesome customer experience and will shop with you again. New Skull and Roses shorty 2XS. Tough to find a stylish and safe helmet for a small head. Proud purchaser in Calgary Alberta with product received in less than a week.
I bought a modular model from them. One year and a half after the visor is broken and the modular part of the helmet doesn't hold open! There customer service is bad too. When I contacted them, they basically just told me to buy new part(s) and that it not under warranty anymore! I wonder what HJC will have answered. Please keep your cash and spend it on a real reliable brand like HJC, Shoei or other big name. Better an entry level product from a big brand than a look like good product from a non none brand.
I sent back a helmet to exchange, wrapped it and packaged it just how they told me, now all of the sudden it's damaged and they can't do a exchange!! I spent over $100 the helmet and whatever it was to ship it back and these jerks don't want to do anything to honor their product. I know for a fact that it was in perfect shape and in the correct packaging when it was sent to them. I will NEVER buy another thing from this company...What a shame, I like to spend money, their loss!!
I was in a motorcycle accident 3 weeks ago if it wasn't for your helmet I had on I wouldn't have survived thank you for a great quality helmet will definitely buy another from you guys
