The people who work here are rude and dont perform well. I took my car for a hand wash before showing the car for sale. I was running late and asked the manager if he could please do a rush job. Guy was totally disinterested in helping me but said OK like he didnt mean it. They parked my car in the back and 20 minutes later I asked for my car back because they did not touch it. When I asked the manager why he let it sit he just shrugged and walked away. Terrible customer service. I plan on talking to the owner about it.
For years I have not having any problem with this place. Today they dent my car .
The detail work is the best you can get in Orange County... They treat your car like luxury car
Brought my truck here for a wash after hearing good things about this place. Did a mediocre job cleaning my truck and in the process they scratched my 2 week old tint( I have not rolled my windows down since I got my windows tinted). I let them know about it and the manager didn't do anything to try to accommodate a customer, instead he just told me that there was no way that they scratched my tint and they weren't going to do anything about it. Horrible service, car not cleaned well, disrespectful ( I think more of uneducated front guy)
How can You wash a car and it still have birdshit and dirt on the side my car is white so you can see the spots that you don't wash
They locked my keys in my car while it was running and expected me to get it open. Never again!
