Treat others the way you'd like to be treated. I left this place with my head held high because this isn't the only storage facility around. Never do business with a company that can't or won't provide head offices contact information.
on January 31st (Friday) my daughter and I walked into this establishment 1 minute before closing @6pm. We were greeted with Lois who didnt hesitate to serve us with getting a locker and a lock. The customer service we received was STELLAR!. Had it been myself at work, I would have told the customer to come back the next day, as most establishments would (especially on a friday evening) Lois was very understanding towards my daughter and I's rushed needs. Lois is a generous, kind, sweet, funny, thoughtful, amazing, helpful, got the job done! Lois has excellent management skills.
As always, Staff was courteous, helpful and very accommodating!
