They did not have HOT WATER for the residents for over a month so far in 2021! The winter storm understandably negatively effected the water system. But these apartments are not new to inadequately serving their residents. This was an issue CONTINUALLY since 2018. Documenting trash overflows, violations of tenants rights as well as feces openly and repeatedly floating along the public areas. Stay away!!
The persons in the office are rude so rude my mom wanted to change apt and sed no because there were no one camed and sed they want the apt so she sed well im leaving
they suck every body sells drugs & the ppl in da office are rude & they won't give u a visitors pass so who ever goes over will get thier car towed even if u park in da visitors parking space that's just a way of them telling u that u can't have visitors
