Rude. Unhelpful. On the phone with customer service multiple times for multiple hours as disconnected service earlier than agreed upon when we were selling our house, then charged us multiple petty surcharges. Truly a despicable way to run a company. Please do your research and take advantage of the fact that Ohio allows you to choose your energy provider (does not need to be AES / DP&L).
Insane rates over $1000 dollar bill this December with no increase in usage and they are the slowest crew ever for power outages and give you ZERO timeline or updates this company should be shut down by the state and it CEO imprisoned this is insane.
Bill went from $150.00 to over $300.00 for the same time last year and went I went to pay it they charged me twice and there solution was to just put it on my next bill so I got to prepay my bill for the next month.
Delivery fee is half your bill! Rates went up TRIPLING the bill! Disgusting that a company is charging this much when people can barley afford food and shelter when work 2 Full Time jobs!
