We moved in last August and have never had a problem! The front office and maintenance people are always amazing. My husband, kids and I love living here.
We pay full rent of $800 a month our hot water tank was cracked and leaking everywhere i reported it to the office on Thursday morning b4 930 only to have to go over again 3 more times on Friday when they finally realized the problem and ordered a new one. It will not arrive until Monday so I have no hot water in my unit to bathe in wash dishes in or clean in. I was given keys to a filthy smelly apartment to use for the weekend even though we offered to buy a new water heater and have them install it and deduct it from the r... read more
